In Amur Region, the Ninth "Great Ethnographic Dictation" has Begun
A reminder of the peoples and cultures of Russia
From October 3 to November 20, 2023, the ninth "Great Ethnographic Dictation" is being held in the Amur Region. This educational action is aimed at increasing interest of citizens in the history, culture, and traditions of the peoples of Russia.
Participation details
Anyone can participate in the dictation. To do this, you must register on the official website of the project.
The dictation includes 30 questions about the history, culture, and traditions of the peoples of Russia. The questions are divided into three levels of difficulty: basic, advanced, and expert.
Participants can take the dictation online, on the official website of the project, or offline, at specially designated venues.
Cultural preservation
The "Great Ethnographic Dictation" is the largest educational action in Russia aimed at popularizing the cultural heritage of the peoples of the country. The dictation is held annually since 2015. Over the years, more than 10 million people from all over Russia and from different countries of the world have taken part in the action.
The results of the dictation are used to develop educational programs and projects aimed at preserving and developing the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia.
