“Heart to Children”: The Best Additional Education Teachers in Don Were Determined

On July 19, 2023, a competition of pedagogical skills “Heart to Children” was held in the Rostov region. Teachers of additional education from all over the region took part in it. The competition was held in 4 nominations: “Pedagogical debut”, “Methodological development”, “Master class” and “Educational project”.
Winners of the competition
The winners of the competition were:
- Pedagogical debut - Anastasia Ivanova, teacher of the House of Children's Art No. 1 of Rostov-on-Don;
- Methodological development - Natalia Petrova, teacher of the Children's and Youth Sailing School of the city of Taganrog;
- Master class - Elena Sidorchuk, teacher of the Center for the development of creativity of children and youth "Perspective" of the city of Rostov-on-Don;
- Educational project - Irina Vasilyeva, teacher of the Children's and Youth Tennis Club of the city of Rostov-on-Don.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and prizes. All participants of the competition received certificates of participation.
Jury members
The jury of the competition was composed of leading experts in the field of additional education. Among them were:
- Irina Morozova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Further Education, Southern Federal University;
- Alexander Ivanov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Director for Educational Work, Rostov Regional Institute of Advanced Studies and Professional Retraining of Education Workers;
- Natalya Petrova, Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation, Director of the Children's and Youth Sailing School of the city of Taganrog.
The purpose of the competition was to identify and support talented teachers of additional education, to promote the exchange of experience and innovative ideas in the field of additional education, to improve the quality of additional education.
